Amelia Hannah STARR, 3rd child of Samuel Steele STARR and Hannah MELEAR, was born 20 Jun 1826 in Habersham County, Georgia.
She married Newton B. LEAK in Newton County, Georgia and they had one son:
- James S. T., b. abt. 1847.
Amelia died on 23 Mar 1848 at the very young age of 21 years. Her body was interred at Dover Cemetery in Newton County, Georgia. At this time I do not have any information regarding whether her husband remarried or where he may have died.
