Ramsey of said County and State being of sound mind and memory, and being desirous of settling my worldly affairs while I have strength and opportunity to do so, make this my last will and testament, revoking all wills made by me at any time before-- First. I commend my Soul to God, who gave it, and my body I desire to be buried decently, and my worldly affairs disposed of as follows: First and Last-- I make my dear wife, Harriet A. Ramsey sole heir of my entire property, both real and personal to hold, to use, to enjoy or to dispose of as she pleases, and I hereby constitute and appoint her, Harriet A. Ramsey, Executrix of this my last will and testament, without giving bond. A. M. Ramsey Signed sealed and executed by Alfred M. To all whom These Presents shall come--Greeting: KNOW YE, That on the 2nd day of July in the Year of Our Lord 189_ the last Will and Testament of Alfred M. Ramsey deceased, late of said county, was exhibited in open court, and in common form of law, proven and admitted to record, (a copy of which is hereunto annexed,) and administration of all and singular the goods, chattles, rights, credits and lands of said deceased, was granted to Harriet A. Ramsey the Executrix in and by the said will appointed; and the said Harriet A. Ramsey having first taken the oath and performed all other requisites required by law is by order of court, and by order of these presents, legally authorized to administer the goods, chattels, rights, credits and lands of said deceased, according to the tenor and effect of said Will and Testament, and according to law; and she the said Executrix is hereby required to render a true and perfect inventory and appraisement of all and singular the goods, chattels, rights, credits and lands of said deceased, and make return thereof to this Court, according to law; and render a true and correct account to our said Court, of her actings and doings, yearly, until administration is fully complete.
