William H. "Bill" Luckey was born Sep 1850 in Mitchell County, Georgia to Seaborn LUCKEY and Irene BARFIELD.
He was married to Amanda MARTIN on 22 Oct 1885 in Mitchell County, Georgia and to this couple was born 2 children:

- Winnie Lee, b. Aug 1890. (Married Albert Burton SHIVER).
Amanda died sometime around 1889/1890 and is buried in the Fitzgerald Cemetery.
William was married a second time on 4 Dec 1901 to Rosa JENKINS in Camilla, Mitchell County, Georgia. This couple had 1 child:

William died on 5 Jul 1914 in Cairo, Grady County, Georgia. He is buried at Mt. Zion Church Cemetery in Camilla, Mitchell County, Georgia. Rosa passed away on 19 Jun 1933 in Mitchell County and is also buried at Mt. Zion Church Cemetery in Camilla.
