Looking for Jennie Olive KING Tungate, wife of Elza TUNGATE. Jennie born in Prairie Twp. in 1930. Also Ethel KRUTSINGER who my father George TUNGATE says was an Aunt who would have been in Olney in 1930. My father George Paul TUNGATE was born in Merom, Indiana in 1921.

I'm looking for connections to the family of Henry REED who settled with his family in Crawford County in the 1850's. Henry's wife was Catherine ALLOWAY (ALTOWAY?). They moved from PA (possibly Venango Co.) These are the known family members:
Henry: b. 1790-9;1 m. abt. 1820, d. Martin township 1863.
Catherine: b. abt 1795; d. after 1867.
Catherine: b. 29 Nov 1821, m. Adam FRITZ 29 Nov 1840, d. Hardinville 10 Nov 1907
Susan: b. ?, m. Hiram JAMES abt. 1850, d. after 1864.
Rebecca: b. ?, m. (1) Peter Melville FRITZ abt 1838 (2) William MCELHANY before 1850, d. after 1864.
John: b. abt 1826, m. Rebecca 1850, d. after 1880.
Lucy: b. 27 May 1832, m. Shadrach PRICE abt 1850, d. Hardinville 28 April 1907.
Mary: b. abt 1833, m. William MCLARIN 25 March 1852, d. after 1864.

I am searching for any informartion on the parents and families of Perry L. SHAFER married to Sarah Elizabeth ERFFT. I believe Perry's parents names were William M. SHAFER and Elizabeth BOWMAN. Did Perry have siblings??? Where are these people from?

If anyone is researching the surname REED, I just have to tell you about something I saw earlier this evening! I was out doing a little shopping earlier this evening. While in a local store that sells crafts and antiques I saw a box full of what looked to me to be Old family pictures. I remember only a few of the names. Velma & Thelma (twin baby girls) another picture on the back was wrtten abt 1910. There were many pictures in this box!  If you are interested in these pictures, e-mail me for details on this store.

Seeking info about my grandfather, John Grant FUNK, b. abt 1863 in Casey, Crawford Co. IL. He married Ella SCHUMAKER, b. 1864 in Coles Co. IL. My only solid documentation places John FUNK him in Los Angeles Co. CA. in 1891. Seeking possible ties to Carpenter and/or Gabriel FUNK. Have SCHUHMACHER/ SHOEMAKER/ SHUMAKER lineage back to 1747 in Germany and decendents of John GRANT and Ella (SHUMAKER) FUNK mostly in California.

My gr.grandfather & gr.grandmother G.W. BEAR & Martha Ann MULLINS were married in Crawford Co. in 1867 Nov.10 came to Tex. after 1870 ( I have there original marriage license) G.W. BEAR'S Parents:Jacob b.1800 mother Margaret LAWRENCE b. Ky. married in Owen Co Ky. 1825, I am looking for Martha Ann's parents. James Samuel MULLINS b.1813 Vi. He was in Crawford Co. in 1830s until his death in 1880s mother Polly Ann LEWIS or TAYLOR b.1820 KY.
